smaller companies

been doing some research and found several companies that is autopsy transcription, anyone do this, have info and care to share how the transcription differs from regular transcription? very curious to know. Thx in advance!! ...

It seems like all the "big" companies no one is happy with. Anyone know of any smaller companies that are hiring for work at home? There must be an updated list out there somewhere of transcription companies of a smaller nature, but I can't find it. Any input is appreciated. ...

This used to be a career where many of us were able to ride the gravy train for awhile. Don't get me wrong, we really worked hard for our money. Can anyone answer me why is it that these MT companies hire you and they all promise you the sun, moon and stars. Oh we have TONS of work. We guarantee you at least 11 accounts and 2,500 lines a day. The company I work for has gone VR (on most jobs). I cannot make any money doing this. My pay has been cut approximately $150 to $200 every two weeks. So, I see it all of the time, people on here complaining about no work, yet the company they are complaining about is HIRING. My job recently did this as well.
