Why is it so hard to get assistance with a problem you have with editing your teamwork punches. If the function is not there to do so with your particular problem, you can't do it. Why do you have to go through an act of congress to get any help anymore? It is just so sad what is happening. Common courtesy goes a long way, but that is definitely a thing of the past. You have a manager for one thing, a manager for another, and another manager for another thing; on and on it goes. No wonder they went bankrupt. They have way too many people assigned job descriptions, and you can't get help from any of them.

My team leaders are great!!! They always answer emails, they help me with the timesheets and never have snarky remarks, they approve my leave, they answer my emails. I guess I am very very lucky, unlike a lot of people on here..

It used to be that way for me until this POD thing, and taking on all of these extra managers. I guess that is why I am just wondering....what happened. :)

I TOTALLY agree with you, TJ! Ever since they brought on these new scheduling analysts, communication is EXTREMELY SLOW!

It really has confused things as well. Do I contact this person or that person, who do I contact. I rarely get an answer quickly now, whereas before I got answers pretty quickly. I am sure this is not going to fly for long because they just made changes for change sake. Sick of it!

You HDSM, I don't know what she does or what her purpose is besides overseeing the TSA and PC. You never need to contact her...but she'll send out messages weekly that she's still making calls to touch base with everybody in her POD. I'm not holding my breath. And if she calls during my shift I won't answer. Any questions I had have already been answered by others or I figured them out on my own.

The TSA is in charge of schedules and Teamwork. Seems like an easy job, even if they have 200-300 employees under them, especially since the majority of the work is done by us. The only snags they may have is at the end of a pay period when someone doesn't approve their timesheet and they indicate they need adjustments made. Even then, if you don't make note of it on your timecard they'll just approve it without the corrections and you have to wait until next pay period for the error to be corrected.

The PC (or sometimes 2 or 3 PCs) are in charge of the client profiles, answering MT/ME/MME questions regarding a client, and I believe they probably also liason with the clients themselves. I would venture to guess their job is the most difficult and they get the most emails and calls. Each PC has her own group of clients, so I made a note of which clients go to which PC in my POD so I know who to contact when the CP makes no sense or when I get audited and there's an error in the audit. Oh, from a recent email, it seems the PC is also in charge of audits.

I am taking PTO for Christmas and the day after. I have worked Mon and Tues of this week with no real problem and have gotten in my hours.
