They want the accounts overstaffed so there is 100% TAT. They will keep shifting accounts, its just a crap shoot as to when the rest will go. Pretty soon, they will have enough work for just one region.

and had no work,,,as soon as my start time hit, I have work..Cant tell me they arent handing it out to select people..I take no company benefits, I cost them nothing extra for my work, so they want me around..Just a thought

I too have noticed that if I sign on a little early (perhaps to make up some time) that I have NJA but as soon as my scheduled time gets here I have work.

I kept running out of work since October. Hours short every week for months. Complained and finally was moved to a new group, new TSM, new region. Now, we are running out of work, AGAIN. A lot of people was moved from my group. Now the new group who had plenty of work is now running out of work. Go figure.

they dont care about anything else..Now if people truly are getting U/E as they claim then I think they would start to give a darn since they have to pay that..I havent tried the U/E deal but I havent run out of work for any amnount of time..

but the afternoon has been worse than the morning. I am in the West, and this week has been really low jobs. I hear nothing from the TSM so I don't know if it's just me not being routed work or if everyone is low. It would be nice to know the account status. You would think she could get that out.....

I tried to have my stuff reset so I could look at the backlog 3 times, sent emails, Remedy tickets. Someone from Support CALLED ME AT 6 AM to let me know they reset it. Needless to say, I was asleep and they woke me up, left a message. But lo and behold, it still didn't work. I just gave up, don't want to sit on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to an overseas tech person and who knows how long that will take. I just got fed up with the whole mess and gave up. Typical of this company!

I had 4 accounts that lost the bulk of their work to offshore. Dont know of a huge hospital, but I am sure some of their stuff went epic, especially since they dont want to deal with transcription anymore. They have their own "epic" program, right?

Dont expect an answer. Many post here any thught that come - to their head, hoping to stir the pot. nm

IMHO, that's a pot that needs a lot more stirring, not less. I no longer work there, but I'm totally surprised that the company is still in business. No, not really surprised, but I WAS surprised at the amount of MTs that just went along with whatever game was dished out to them, without complaint. Seems like the current workforce continues to support the company sufficiently to keep it going.

Here it is and I am waiting for 30+ minutes for a job. Have rearranged my schedule as asked and still no jobs. Running out of PTO to use to make up for it and REALLY would like to use my PTO for something besides slow work. If not work in our region or anywhere else, then we should be compensated by the company and not required to take PTO. Some say they have plenty of work. I am in the North region, Tier 3 and still have no work. What the heck is going on.

Ok, I'm not as fast as I used to be and the doctors keep giving names of physicians that are not on their list and are spelled different ways so I take the time to look them up because blanks are not a thing I like to leave on a report. Today we get an email that we can no longer work off the clock which for me is a problem. I noticed when I took a day off without pay, at the end of the pay period, the PTO earned shown in UltriPro was only 4.14 hours instead of 4.62. I always thought that you could carry over PTO under 40 hours into the new year but someone was telling me today that they did away with that policy or are doing away with that policy and that you will loose everything now and start fresh with PTO....
