Everything looks all nice, with MModal everywhere, but when you send an e-mail, it still goes to MQ addresses. My e-mail for work is still blah@mt.medquist.com.

Why didnt they fix that?

When I filled out a Qcare ticket that MQ Central was down they sent an email through work email to let me know the ticket number and then a second email that the issue had been resolved. Just awesome.

I spoke with an old colleague of mine last week from our old U of Miami's MT days who recently quit months into her new job at MModal because she said it was too much aggravation and headaches for so little pay. She told me last week that after quitting the job, MModal called her back asking if she would come back to work for them. How hilarious! I can log in fine, but I cannot check my mail for some reason. When I go to the community page I get this message instead. I am logged in, my name is even at the top of the screen.
