makes me wonder if my old TCM was not routing work as I have had NJA for months now.

TSM was routing work too. There was an abundance of work and then no work. I am out of the West and in a new region now. I know a TSM can change work pools and route work though. What happened to the West TSM?

NJA - Maybe that is the reason for new TCM - Are you in a different region?..sm

TCMs are not the one to route work to you, I cant recall the title of the people who do, but its not your TCM.

Maybe the reason you have a new TCM is because you were moved to a different region. Do you work day shift? that, tier level and the recent layoffs could all factor in to why you are getting more work.

My acct moved to a new TCM - that is why I moved

When you account moved to new TCM, some people may have been shifted as well and some maybe let go. Just happy to hear you have work, congrats!

I used it ONCE and got an e mail from my CCM to PROVE in Remedy and cc her where it needed to be straight typed. I was told even if I could, to NEVER EVER use it again. She meant it. Not sure if I did something or not, but all of the sudden my ASR headings are not like they have been. The blue lines are gone and the next heading is directly below the text of the previous. I think this was how it was when a new version came out, but I was able to "fix" it to the old way. Is any of this making sense? Why would one by one doctors who I have listened to for years suddenly have changes in the quality of their voice files? They were clear as a bell and now muffled or with static. What could be causing this? I'm afraid the company I am working for is planning on sending files overseas but I can't figure out why the sound quality would change. Does anyone have any ideas? ...

to always be signed into Spark messenger? TSM never cared before. Hmmm. I think I know....so that they can contact us to tell us to switch to a new account whenever they want, even several times per day. This is going to be fun.
