DQM not showing my reports for a few hours

Why are reports I send for review to fill in blanks being reviewed and showing up in post audit? I cannot get any info from supv as to why? ...

It got my shifts wrong for different days, putting 5 instead of 6 hours. It evened out mostly to be correct but put an extra hour of PTO on my schedule.
