boy oh boy. They must have had to look long and hard for this crappy account I am now on as I was OOW.
Even at the slowest speed, I cannot understand this fast talker and there is NOTHING in the repository to look at. LOVELY.
I feel a headache coming on.
Bet that's my usual account. It's given me a lot of new - gray hairs. NM

I do way too much work free for this company! I am especially sething today as I am doing an account I have never done before, I had to read the CP several times and look at some previous jobs to finally get what I am supposed to do, and I also see a lot of people didn't bother to follow the CP regarding the 1 easy requirement, which is the formatting of the PE. Got a company-wide email from our CEO patting us on the back for being #1 KLAS ratings and calling us "amazing, impressive, the best in the business".
