Sent report to QA with the following marker "inaudible/unable to accurately transcribe."

Got back note from SHDA "actually, I did not find this  report inaudible."

Really?  So frustrated.

I have a lot going on in my personal life and am super sensitive right now. This comment just hit me wrong. What I hear may not be what you hear or vice versa. I need to find another job that will not stress me out like this. Harder and harder to maintain their standards.

I got a report to QA where the HDS couldn't hear the report, but I was able to hear it just fine. I did let the HDS know; however, I didn't blame them or say I didn't believe them, but suggested trying other headphones or, if still problems, send a ticket in to see if the computer's sound card is whack. Once having cruddy headphones, I know there can be a night and day difference with the audio and I didn't want the HDS to suffer through that when it can be fixed.

The sound probably WAS better for them. - dnr

I did F11 on a job, and the audio improved! That happened before too with F11.

Although my F11 experience is not the same as what you are referring to, it shows you how much the audio quality changes with where the job has been.

If the audio can be crystal clear when listening in DQM, you KNOW they can do better supplying us with better audio.

Personally I would like to know if they are - having sound probs

I am so angry with myself.  I am having the hardest time staying on task during my shifts.   I mean, really?  The fact that I know what I can produce and there in turn know how much money I COULD be making should be motivator enough right?  Obviously not for me. boy oh boy.   They must have had to look long and hard for this crappy account I am now on as I was OOW.  Even at the slowest speed, I cannot understand this fast talker and there is NOTHING in the repository to look at.  LOVELY. I feel a headache coming on.   ...

I do way too much work free for this company! I am especially sething today as I am doing an account I have never done before, I had to read the CP several times and look at some previous jobs to finally get what I am supposed to do, and I also see a lot of people didn't bother to follow the CP regarding the 1 easy requirement, which is the formatting of the PE. Got a company-wide email from our CEO patting us on the back for being #1 KLAS ratings and calling us "amazing, impressive, the best in the business".  I must be missing something because I really can't understand why I'm making less than last year, they plan to cut my wages even more soon, and they have just made my insurance unaffordable.  Is that REALLY the way to treat employees you feel that way about?  I don't want a pat on the head and empty praise, as if I&# ...

I have been a very successful MT (mostly) for over 18 years, building up my experience, my abilities with ESL and difficicult dictators, constantly growing in knowledge, and each time fought to be careful with which job I chose and to better myself each time.
