Think of the Transcend lawsuit as the second SATOC. Guess what. There is possibly going to be a third SATOC. The inept and corrupt no longer get to prevail without a showdown. It's occurring all across this country and the world.
Managers you can and do slither from company to company proliferating your ineptness, corruptness, unethical and illegal behavior and feign not knowing your behavior is all of the above. Girl and boy MTs get your paperwork together. Funny things have the potential to start happening when Complainants of the second SATOC exist at the same point in time as Complainants of a third SATOC. Justice is a remote possibility or a very real possibility – take your pick.
For the Meek Nervous Nellie types who have posted that it isn't a good idea to confront illegal behavior. Guess what. Your employer very well could be put right on out of business in the name of following the law. Oh won't it be so fun and clearly painless all around! As though there hasn't already been pain spreading from coast to coast. Many people are making more on unemployment than they would be if they were working. That makes total sense. NOT!
I send warm thoughts to the person who intelligently posted in all caps last week that if the companies were engaging in illegal behavior they ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. You have a mind and I so appreciate that!
I only wish evolution would take care of the Meek Nervous Nellie types who are making all the illegal behavior possible by complying with it. Since evolution clearly doesn't work in this particular case here is to the sugar plum fairies dancing around in the MNNT's worst unemployment nightmares. For manymanymany years the inept and corrupt could have chosen to act ethically and it never would have gotten to the point of the Transcend lawsuit nor all that can happen going forward, including how it can affect wallets all around not just the worker bee wallets.

I think there are some things you could be doing to help yourself. Hopefully you have a therapist who can help you with your logic. You should also try to throw yourself into your work, if you have any, and become more productive in what it is that you do. If you are not an MT, why are you here? If you are, couldn't your time be spent more productively so that you could perhaps share more productive information? Please give it a rest for a while.
