To Moderator: Would you consider changing the posting requirements (sm) - curious

for the Job Seekers board to include a few more pieces of information?
* The line rates (both speech and traditional)
* The definition of their line, i.e., 65 characters including spaces, etc.
* The platform name
It sure would be nice to be able to know this minimum information before we all waste our time testing as most of them will not take questions until after you test.

I agree! Ads should state their range of lowest - to highest pay, (sm)-Meerkat
[ In Reply To ..]and what type of employee or experience they're looking for. It would help to keep us from wasting our time applying to places that want different skills than we might have. Or wasting time applying to those with the ridiculously-low cpl some are offering.
Just think: I little "truth in advertising", if you will, might just force a few of them to RAISE their cpl, rather than continually lower it.
Right now, one of the reasons they get away with it is that what they pay is a secret. It should be right out there in the open, flapping in the breeze, for all to see. If you're one of the lowest-paying MTSOs, and you're not getting the applictions or quality applicants you want, and you can see for yourself that other MTSOs are paying more, then there's only one thing you can do if you want more applicants: COMPENSATE THEM BETTER FOR IT.

When posting a response to the OP, it could come directly under their post and not go to the bottom of the postings in that particular list? We will not be creating a new board for "positive posts only." You have the choice as to what posts you want to read. If a post is too negative for you, simply do not read it. Everyone has a right to their opinion. I will continue to monitor for foul language, name calling, etc., but will not be trying to decipher what is too positive or too negative for your liking. ...

I'm not sure where to post this... The resume bank is a great resource, but I wish it was a little more flexible. For example, the section where you describe what kind of work you're looking for is restricted to choices on the drop-down menu. Some of us wear different hats and are looking for IC work if we can get it and/or an employee position if it's a good one. So multiple choices or even free text might be more suitable.
