Someone sent me an email from this site... - How did they get my email?
Posted: Dec 19, 2014
I thought we were anonymous here? Or can they send an email but cannot see my actual email address? (It was an innocent email, just replying further to my post).
They will not have your email unless you - answer them.

This board has a reply-by-email function that you can use to send an email. However, it does not give you the person's email address.
If you want to remain anonymous, just don't answer that email. If you do answer it, it will go from your own email with you address on it, just as if you emailed them directly.
I think there is a way to opt out...SM - Old Anon

of receiving replies by email. I've never gotten replies by email because I think I chose that option, but maybe not. I've been on here for so long, I really don't remember, Maybe get in touch with the moderators and ask.
Correct - They cannot see your e-mail address

They cannot see your e-mail address. But, like the poster said, if you reply via e-mail, they will have your address.
I do not engage in e-mail exchanges on this board. If someone e-mails me from this board, I put a note up on the forum thanking them for the e-mail, then responding appropriately on the forum.
ridiculous pay rate of $1.30 per line. Just beware that is you respond to these ads, there is a good chance they are a scam. Check MTStars archives for postings on these scam ads. ...
I am sure these are closely guarded as they would let MTs actually communicate with each other..and that would be a no no.. MTs might actually band together ...
Good morning!
Does anyone know of a good ob-gyn site where I could find some sample operative reports/info regarding c-sections and terms?
Thank you! ...
posted about never would they work for 7 cpl as IC. It must be nice to be able to choose your pay. I have personally been so close to being homeless more than a few times that I grab what I can when I can. I am always looking for the better-paying job. Of course, that could mean the dictators are awful or the platform is bulky or my boss is rude. I personally would rather work for 7 cpl as an IC and get 200+ lines per hour than 9 or even 10 cpl being lucky enough to ...
Need help with s/l "brush air's" disease - doing an h&p and this is listed in PMH. I think I posted this to the wrong board first! Sorry - new to the site. ...
I don't know if I should be asking this on the main board - let me know if I need to move it over there! I am just wondering if any of you have a favorite and/or great online human anatomy site? I have looked at a few but just haven't found "the one" yet. Maybe it's better to get a book? Opinions please! ...
Did you know that when you log into the MLS site you have to download a tracking cookie/activex control. That is so they can track when you are doing your job and when you are surfing the web. I only activate it when visiting the MLS site and then I deactivate it after leaving the site so they can't know what I am doing. ...
Just a bit puzzled because I got directions to log into their FTP site and I am not finding any files to download. Just wondering if anyone else has run into the same problem.
Thanks ...
Have any of you ever applied for a clinic or hospital job you found online where it's an on-site job, and everything about it fits, except that you live too far away to commute? I've found a couple that would work well for me, but I can't do a 3-hour 1-way commute! (I COULD, however, be persuaded to attend a meeting once a month.) Have any of you ever applied to an on-site job and convinced them to let you work directly for them, but from home?

Typing takes a few seconds to show up. When I click on a link, it takes 2 or so seconds to go through, and sometimes I have to click twice.
Or is it just me? ...
A long time ago before my computer crashed I used to have a website I went to often if I could only make out a few letters in a medication and if those were in the middle of the drug. Example - if the drug was Sandostatin and I could only make out "and" or "stat", I'd type in and or stat and the site would bring up all drugs with those letters in them. I've got a few drug sites like MedicineNet, WebMD drugs, RxList, Drugs@FDA, and RxList, but none that let me do a search for just ...
PA says s/l "sarclene screws are intact to the right femur". I like to have web sites under my favorites so I can look up when needed. Tried googling that but no luck. Thanks!! ...
how many of us are now with MQ? I'm estimating half of us are with them, including the buyouts, right now. How can we get you to leave MQ high and dry? I applaud every one of us would did not take buyout offers. Hang tough! ...
Brand and generic names for medications. I've been using drugs.com and rxlist.com, but some of the meds are coming back from QA as being capitalized/lower cased incorrectly. ...
As a current Transcender, I am hungering for more information regarding` this buyout, and when I go to the Nuance.com site, I find NOTHING about MT/editor careers. Is there something there I am not finding? ...
Could someone kindly give me the link to the Transcend web site that has all that info on it including pay dates, etc? Mainly what I am looking for are the dates we get paid for the rest of the year. Thanks! ...
