Proper Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Rates??? - Michael

Wanting to see if anyone can give me input on what to charge a client for radiology/nuclear medicine transcription. Straight transcription I know is anywhere from 10 to 15 cpl, if not more. But anyone out there have good working knowledge of what radiology/nuclear medicine transcription fees should be???

I would say regular transcription is closer to 9-13/line, - sm

so radiology would be around that too. Unfortunately this day in age, we have to compete with computer programs for our wages. I wouldn't charge more than 13-15 for ANY transcription for fear the docs would find front-end VR more to their liking.

Regular transcription is going from 7 (VR rates) to around 13.

Radiology because much of it is now VR or formatted would likely be the same or less.
