I worked on Fusion for 8 years and LOVED it. I still miss it. Easy to use, lots of ways to make it work for you, depending on how the MTSO has it set up. Uses Word and works with Instant Text, and am sure it works with other expander programs. I have no idea what it's like using the speech rec part of the platform as we did not use that. I've heard its good and I've heard it's truly awful, so who knows? To me, it is the closest thing that feels like you are typing in just Word than anything else I've used.

I am using it now, with speech, some straight, and do NOT like it. I like parts of it, but not in totality. As someone said, it may have to do with the setup, but I find it cumbersome and just today when complaining to my supvr about some of the ridiculous reference material, was told it was "Dolby's doings." oh, and where I work, I was employed there for months before I was shown some stats that the boss printed out, and questioned one of the columns, and only THEN did I find out that Dolby skims 25% of the lines off. So when they say you are paid x-amount, find out if that is for ALL the lines you do or after they take off a percentage (% comes off of speech only). So I am making 25% less than I bargained for.

Hi everyone. The doctor s/l he is saying: "We have also talked about the off labral use of the MP in the posterolateral recess and posterior interbody spacers." I think that's what he is saying, not sure of the bold words. DX is lumbar instability, stenosis & radiculopathy L3-4 and 4-5. There is also a synovial cyst off L3-4. doc says: He does describe some discomfort over the intersections. On the pressure or palpation over this does not seem to accentuate this. I am assuming it is intersections and not inner sections. I got feedback on a report today, CRITICAL FEEDBACK. The doctor dictating was absolutely horrible, worse than horrible. I could not understand him, tried my hardest and before I uploaded it sent a note to QA asking for a sample of his work, explained that I could NOT UNDERSTAND HIM. In reviewing the revisions, I don't agree with many of them. I still don't hear what the QA inserted. I dont' agree with it and I'm angry that it was returned to me with C ...
