It's become increasingly worse. If you advertise and receive resumes from MTs who are qualified, at least set up an auto response stating you have received their E-mail. It's common courtesy. And companies wonder why they can't obtain or retain help. Well, when you can't be bothered to even communicate at a minimum level, do not expect to receive excellent help in return. ...

I sincerely doubt that the company big shots are reading the postings here, plus the anonymity wouldn't make your thank you mean much. I have a question and maybe someone out there knows the answer. I have a resume which I created on Word. I would generally send it as an attachment to an e-mail; however, I'm finding that recruiters for some reason are requesting the resume be pasted into the e.mail.
