why are MTs begging for work on the Job Board?? - needs to be renamed Jobs AVAILABLE Board

been reading here tons of years and it was always understood. especially reading that board where there are NOTHING but MTSOs posting jobs and that fact is obvious.

but GOLLY, GEE let's not use our heads, rah! And as that is the course here, the board needs renaming so for the easily confused to understand. It's a mess these days.

It's like when the grammar police come on and make spelling and punctuation corrections to posts on a stinking message board. I pity the few who I have seen list themselves on the job seekers' board; they probably don't know where to begin looking and will likely end up being disappointed.

P.S. Didn't they used to have a resume service somewhere on here?

Still offering NOTHING extra to work overtime. OT pay since Nuance acquired Webmedx is a slap in the face. I used to make hundreds a pay working overtime. Apparently there are many MTs out on "PTO" this week and we are drowining in work. She's literally begging for us to work OT this week to get the backlog down before the weekend. It is so very frustrating! I type for a wound care clinic, and, of course, a great deal of the patients there are diabetic, as am I. You see it periodically, OB, radiology, and something else but it's pretty clear the work will be OB. The test consists of 3 files (getting this from the ad) and you should finish it in less than 2 hours. 3 files? How long are the files? So, my real question is (the other two were thiinking out loud), does this ad get run periodically to clear out the backlog or is it really a legit job and why does it come up so often? Just a suggestion but if there are so many people with complaints about companies or their MT careers, etc., instead of getting "bashed," deleted, or otherwise, why not make a forum just for complaints and opinions and leave the other boards to more respectful and intelligent conversations.
