anything about AccuTrans in Indiana - Me again

Anyone know anything about AccuTrans in Indiana a good or bad? Offered me a job today. Just got out of a job that was nasty..not looking to repeat that nightmare. Appreciate any input

Do not know though of AccuTrans out of Indiana. There was Meridian, which was out of Indianapolis, but they merged, I believe, and now camouflaged maybe by the big kahuna, one would think. Don't want to invest time and energy also into another bad romance. Would appreciate your opinion on the one you are leaving. Some of us here believe in the negative as it usually leads to reality.

Appreciate your response but "the short relationship" I endured has left me a LOT hesitant to mention names here. I am sure u understand. Just be very careful is all I can advise.

and did they explain clearly rate of pay and how long you wait after an invoice is submitted to get paid?

I work on webchartMD it's okay, kind a slow, it comes up with the lines so you get what you get. You didn't mention Emdat do you have experience with Emdat?

Yes I have extensive,experience with Emdat.
I am told it is Transcriptionist position.

Julie does not pay her transcribers. I would not ever recommend a job with AccuTran. Julie, the owner is dishonest. I worked for her for quite a while and had to fight to get paid and listen to lies

Agreed! Run far and fast! She does not pay! You have to beg and plead and threaten to get your pay! It's too bad something is not done about her!

I received a test from them. It's rather long at 20 mins of dictation in several different specialties. I don't mind that so much but she also wants to time us to see how long it takes to complete so have to schedule a time for her to send it. Wondering if it's worthwhile to even bother since no info on pay rate or anything has been given. Hoping someone has worked for them or knows something. Do not work for Accutran in Indiana unless you want to work for free. I got my money JL owed me 3 months after submitting an invoice after threatening her with pressing charges for theft. She had many excuses as to why she could not pay me including blaming Obama. She also lied to me about when I was going to receive my check. I just wanted to warn everyone that Accutran has an ad on MT jobs. I worked there a short time. This woman does not pay on time and you have to beg for your money.
