Who the heck owns Proscript anyhow?

Does anyone know who owns this company? I get so much bad dictation that I think it is hand picked, darn near 100% ESL or English speaking folk that just don't seem to care about how they dictate. Is the Indian side held to the same ridiculous 99.6% standard. There is really NO breathing room for this, especially with truly awful dictation. What is going on? ...

So I get this report, a LONG REPORT. I type it, I download it, and it is sent off and I get the next job. I start typing away and in 2 minutes I get this error message stating you will lose this file or something and boom, everything goes away and I am out of the system. I am supposed to be typing during my shift. My gosh! I am getting sentences in ASR that the dictator did not dictate and he is an excellent dictator. Then I get no words that the dictator did dictate. I have been changing whole sentences because of crappy words which dictator did not dictate. I recently went to work with Proscript after 9 years of hell at Spheris and 1 year of the same thing with Medquist and I love it. I have a great hospital, great supervisor and flexilbility. I do work evenings though and that is my choice. The system is pretty decent. I can see a few things I would like to change, but for the most part, it's not bad.
