Lutz Transcription? girl's name ***** are familiar - md

Posted: Nov 30, 2010

For some reason, the girl's name ***** are familiar to me - nonpayer?

I don't know about that but advertising for an IC with - specific shift is kind of bold. ICforReal

I know many of them do it once you interview, but it's there in black and white, the specific shift time.

A lot of time a company only needs IC on off - sm

hours, they have employees covering during the day. Therefore, that is the only time there is work available. Just because you are an IC, does not mean you can work for a company anytime--they do have the right to restrict the times they want an IC to work--you can work the hours available or not, up to you. Just because you might want days/nights/weekends only does not mean they have to provide you with work for the times you want.

Agree with your reasoning, butin this case they are clearly asking for - shift committment. There

is FT and PT

"We have openings for full-time and part-time M-F shifts. The hours are 9 am to 6 pm for the full-time shift and 10 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm for the part-time shifts."

These are employee hours, not IC offerings. They clearly want the benefit of an employee without having to pay SS taxes. I'm certain the IRS would agree.

crack-down - on ICs

feds & states have been using tax-peyars' money to pay people for not working. some folks on unemployment refuse jobs because they get more on the dole.

and now that states/feds have dug themselves (and us) into a hole, they're looking for ways to bail themselves out.

"the problem with socialism is that, eventually, you run out of other people's money."

Who Are Familiar With Bayscribe
Mar 06, 2013

Those of you who are familiar with Bayscribe, did you find:  The spell check dictionary is void of many common words?  It also does not detect uncapped words at the beginning of sentences or spacing issues. The word expander locks up for periods of time so cannot create new expansions. It has horrible quirks that cause expansions not to work correctly (they just don't expand) , capital letters show up in the middle of sentences and do not cap where they are supposed to, and extra ...
