Hi Everybody: I am looking into going from full-time to just working PT now. Any suggestions for companies that accept Part-Time would be helpful.

Hey Kiki...Yes, it's medical, dental and vision, plus an array of other stuff (life insurance, that Prepaid Legal plan, etc...kind of like the M*Modal benefit package). There are at least 2 different plans; I think one is an HMO and the other is a PPO (does that make sense?).

I'm just starting with them and was going to do 20 hours per week (I already have a FTE position I love but sadly has no benefits), but when the recruiter told me benefits came with 30 hours per week, I jumped on it. It also looks like the rates are about $200 per month less than what I paid through the last MTSO with whom I had insurance.

Does anyone care to share that if you are hired at optiscript part time will they let you change to full time easily? I know they are a small company and do not over hire so I do not know how easily this could be done.
