I had a good account, but the account specifics were ridiculous. The dictators were horrible and picky. And Precyse catered to them. I've never seen a health system so babied! And the way the system was set up it made it impossble to go and make corrections on your own. Once you finished it it was gone to the client...the picky client...Then Precyse has this weird way of computing your hours worked....almost like they penalized you for staying in the report too long, or even waiting for work! I never did figure it out completely.
Nice people - but basically when it comes down to it no one listens to you and all they say is "well, the client is picky" and "we need to keep them happy". They sucked me in with low ESL, decent pay (don't get me wrong I made some good money there - PType is sooooo easy - loved it), but when you can do 2000 lines a day and still be told "you still haven't worked enough" something is wrong with that picture. You can work 12 hours and still be told "you didn't put in all your hours" something is wrong with that picture.
I'll find something else soon, I know that. I'm a good MT. Didn't let go of old job, thank goodness. But I will find something else. For now its just nice not to have to sit at a computer and be stressed out knowing your doing well and it still not be good enough. They actually had me doubting my own skills, but no. I was good at what they asked me to do. 220 lph ASR, 130 lpr TX - ha I did an average of 400 lph daily! And if that's not good enough for them - their loss.
Oh, they also had pretty decent equipment, though I never used their mouse and keyboard. I have my own I like.
