Any new info regarding Transcription Plus LLC - newmt

I did a search on transcription plus LLC and didn't see much but was wondering if anyone currently works for them and has any positive or negative things to say about this company. I am considering taking a position with them.

Thanks for your reply...have you ever worked for them? Right now $11.00/hour doesn't sound bad to me b/c I don't currently have employment so just trying to gain some experience until I can find something better and they offer p/t work which is what I am looking for and that is hard to come by these days.

Won't work for that rate - made more than that back in 1995 when I left my hospital job to work at home. Have no idea what you may get if you are new - but to me, sounds like a lot of listening and re-listening for what they are offering per hour. Good luck.

New MT and still learning the ropes, $11.00 hr sounds much better than the realistic $6.00-$7.00 you'd likely see otherwise.

I worked there VERY part-time as a new MT. Was promised full-time but that never materialized. Had paycheck after paycheck bounce - $30-40 checks bounced. Quit as soon as I found a new job.

could be increased per hour based on experience and results of testing, I received a very short and nasty sounding email stating that they had over 1000 responses and the pay was $11.00 hour. They can keep it. Good luck to anyone who goes to work for them.

Yeah, she must be a real doozy to work with because I sent a nice message about not being able to get the software to work and she said that over 1000 applicants didn't have a problem with it, basically inferring that I was a moron. I am getting sick of MTs being rude and thinking that they are the be all end all. She can take her $11 and shove it for all I care and I thank the Lord that I learned this before I even applied. I even heard that she hired a newby, so have it it newby :) I guarantee that she will have that newby on QA forever just so she doesn't have tp pay more too :)

about this company, ever heard of this company? I have googled them and can find "pieces" of their website but no official website. When I googled a bit further I found them to also be named S&N Transcription. Okay, if that is not odd enough, when I googled the address that is listed for the company it comes up with a totally different name, something with stables in it and states that it is some type of daycare center.
