I cannot emphasize this enough. Horrible company and they screwed me over as well. If their accounts went to AI, perhaps, but I don't know how much to believe these places anymore. When I worked for TTCI she would say they lost the account due to too many errors from the MTs, which was a total lie. Found out eventually she just did overflow work for most of her accounts. What a witch with a B!
