I stuck it out when they snatched away 17 bucks an hour and put usback on pennies per line because I know how hard it is to find a job in this industry, dealt with everything OP stated about the bad conditions, and then got blindsided by a terminated contract. No warning. Was told after much pestering that Springfield Clinic was losing docs because of an AI program they started using. So even if they were hiring, I would avoid dealing with them.
