They did send a contract and I have picked it apart and sent in ALL of my questions to the HR rep who has been quick to respond and very helpful and compliant with all of my questions. There is nothing in there about being fined. It is an "at-will" contract meaning I, or they, can terminate at any time so long as it falls within the terms of the contract. I am to be paid per hour and have clarified certain terms with that. They said they are providing all necessary equipment. I got hesitant when they asked me to send my name, address ( both fine for sending equipment) and the name of my financial institution. not needing any accounts. Just the name of the institution.
