Maybe if he gets enough of these "blanks", he'll clean up his act. In the meantime, I would do all I can do to get my ducks in a row for retirement (or firing if they choose that route), and have everything on my end in order to the degree I can.
Too many people are so rude and dismissive towards others -- sad sign of the times with so little human contact.
