Yes, I too received this information. I looked at the web site and noticed it was a medical supply company and was wondering what they needed a transcriptionist for. I called the company - NewGen Surgical, as there is a company by that name at the address that is on the email. They told me that it was an illegitimate offer and that they have been having trouble with this.
