Mary, good luck to you and all who are struggling in this field, either to get out or stick it out until retirement. I was 57 when I had to get out. I just couldn't take it anymore. Managed to just buck up and deal with the office nonsense that goes along with working in an office, until retirement benefits kicked in. Loved working from home, but not under the MT conditions I was under.
We all have the right to weigh things out and make decisions that suit us. There is no right or wrong here.
