If you know you're bones, anatomy it's easy to pick up, pros and cons are they usually speak very fast because they say same thing over and over for the 'normal' studies, then that's also the pro, dictate same thing over and over. I loved it, but TAT is usually very short, 4 hours or so, so maybe make sure work is within hours/times you're shooting for
