I did it and it worked out fine. My biggest fear was equipment names, but fortunately, there were templates with all the equipment already in the templates. The radiology office I worked at had lots and lots of abdominal radiology, and I had already had lots and lots of experience in that, having done acute care for years prior, so if you have experience in ALL the specialties, including hospital reports,you should be fine.
I did have someone who had specialized in radiology sitting by my side for about 3 months, but I think I would have been okay without that.
