No, it isn't hard. It was one of my favorites. But many of these radiology jobs anymore don't want to pay much and can be mainly VR or a very small amount per report, so I had to quit radiology. I had a good radiology account that eventually dried up and went to Dragon. So you just can't make money. This is usually the case anyway.
