the logic behind those words is nonexistent. No one said that these openings were only for Andrews graduates. In fact, it very clearly says they don’t have to be. It is not unusual for employers to develop relationships with schools in any field. This particular employer likes Andrews graduates. They did not say they would only hire Andrews graduates.
I’m not sure what else to tell you. I can’t ascertain if you are trying to be argumentative or you truly lack the capacity to understand, but you’ve already made it clear that you have no intention of applying, so… why do you care so much?
