Anyone with a CCS who didn't have an Andrews education wouldn't have a job. West of the Mississippi, they are not very well known, but there are "tons" of active coders with CCS certification. Employers in my area hire AHIMA graduates, and there are several universities that have programs. If Andrews were as prestigious as you say it is, you wouldn't need to be on a medical transcription forum defending yourself, you'd have a waiting list of people wanting to enroll.
