Linda Andrews is the owner and director of The Andrews School for medical coding and her name is misspelled in the original post, there are also several spelling errors which a professional educator who wants to be taken seriously would not make. You should care because anyone who reads that post would question Linda's integrity, and whether or not it is spam.
