Anyone else have this happen? - Lost

Recently doing really crappy at my job I have had for years! I do not know if I am burned out or should be checked for dementia or if the company is trying to get rid of me. Anyone else have this happen? I am a LONG TIME MT almost 2 decades worth and have been through so much in that time frame with this job.
