Good for you to find another job. How can anyone continue on at a job that offers absolutely nothing in return? You're not burned out, you're fed up with their abuse and you moved on and I say, "well done."
I got out too and believe me you will adjust to a real job with decent pay with benefits, etc.
If you can put up with MT/edit work, you can do anything!
