I doubt that they are reading while driving - Intrigue in the car

Because even if a paper chart existed, it is a HIPPA violation to take charts out of the facility. For the same reason, there should not be anyone else in the car while they are dictating. Hopefully, memory serves them if they just saw the patient and the details are fresh to dictate a quick chart note.
