Not misleading at all - sm

Posted: Mar 13th, 2023 - 9:47 pm In Reply to: CPC and CCS - How to choose

Nothing she said was misleading. The CPC and CCS is a great combination that can help employers get past their reluctance to hire without experience.

People have lots of reasons for not doing things. The usual reason for not getting the CCS is inability to pass it, not some nebulous "personal reason." The credential is so valuable that you get it if you can pass it. You'd be nuts not to.

So what if it is a mastery certification? If you study and learn it, you can pass it. People do it every day, many of them Andrews graduates.

The "want to get experience" argument is silly. Work experience makes it more difficult to pass any coding certification exam, because you start following employer differences instead of the actual rules.
