Hourly Compensation ...3rd Shift Team Lead/ QC / Light CSR Duties / 11pm EST

MedScribe Information Systems, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates interested in working either part-time or full-time (40 hours per week) during our evening 3rd shift between 11pm EST thru 7am EST.

We are seeking candidates who have at least 3 years of transcription and voice-recognition editing experience on both the ChartNet platform as well as on FLuency in an acute-care environment. Fluency Best Practices knowledge is also given extra consideration as is previous quality assurance and/or team lead experience.

In addition to performing back-end speech editing and transcription primarlily, the candidate will also perform the following duties on an as-needed basis:

Quality Assurance - provide consistent and timely quality review of completed documents according to the MedScribe Continous Quality Standards or application of Best Practices standards on related Fluency accounts.

Customer Service Duties - as needed (maximum 1-2 hours nightly). This requires answering customer calls as needed and processing inbound calls according to account escalation procedures.

Part-time of Full-Time: Part-time / Full-time / Benfefit package available for full-time status
