I started working here in November of last year as well. I enjoyed working here and learning on the job. However, the pay is ridiculous especially since taxes are not taken out. You are working all day and sometimes everyday even weekends busting your butt and getting no incentive. Some of the QA team are not very kind or appreciative of your work. Some are. Some account managers are as well. But overall this is just a place for you to gain experience and venture out elsewhere. The work from home part attracts people but the pay here is not enough to survive. Not enough work either!
