PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself some time and anguish, and DON'T apply with this company. CFS (Clinical First Solutions) lies about everything. They deduct your pay if you don't remain within their percentage of accuracy. Oh, yeah, they give you a monthly bonus IF you remain within this percentage, but believe me they will find every single fault they can just to keep from giving you this bonus. It is against the Labor Board rules and regulations to deduct an IC's pay, because it actually signifies they are an employee and not an IC. They also promise you things that will never happen. They start you out with pretty good accounts at first, but then slowly take the good dictators away from your queue. So, your pay ends up being over $100 short every week due to this. You ask them why, but they seem to never have a legitimate answer for you. I have come to the conclusion that being an experienced MT is obsolete anymore, and has been for many years. You're better off working at Wal Mart as a greeter! The people who started this company have no clue as to how to run it. PLEASE TAKE HEED AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND DEGRADATION!
