Unfortunately, that's the reality of it.
Try to find a company with general or legal transcription as backup, usually you can work as a true IC, whenever you want for the most part.
I'm killing time right now as my company has nothing at the moment, but the docs will be dictating later today as it's still early out on the west coast.
