they're the ones who make the deal in the first place. My MTSO sucks like that. The client wants everything done that Inscribe doesn't do for the account, making us change everything in every report. They decided they don't want abbreviations of any kind. Wonderful. You add macros and they don't work and disappear by the next day. This platform is useless for this account, but I'm used to it and will put up with the crap. The MTSO says nothing to the client but "yes, of course," to every whim and we get screwed.
