When your 'trainer' tells you this platform isn't set up for 'big facilities like yours' you have to wonder why the hell they even have a system for healthcare. I am not saying that this is horrible, that this isn't good for anyone. I am saying that it isn't good for me, but it may be good for someone else. When you lose close to $9 an hour, it becomes a big deal; and when some staff can't even make the minimum wage (the majority) it is a big deal.
