worked for another company that used a very, very similar program, and it was nothing but a PIA. As with any other audio, not all of that audio is good. You get crap audio, too, just like you do with other forms of audio.
Since I worked for another company prior that used this same sort of platform (cannot recall the name of their platform), decided it was not worth it to me to go through all that stress again.
