I work for Phoenix MedCom. Our pay date is 05/15/2022. As a courtesy to all of us, since 05/15/2022 falls on a Sunday, we were paid today -- which is two days earlier than the scheduled pay date. So, as you can see, any company can choose the date of pay with direct deposit. It is not carved in stone. There were no holds on my funds. It was not in a "pending" status as you stated. My deposit was treated as cash.
Clearly, you do not understand this whole process and should not post disinformation about companies when you have no idea what you are talking. Then, you relentlesly attacked the posters that had correct information.
