In Inscribe, there's a key beside each item across the top Alt+F to File then it shows letter beside each function, still holding Alt click next letter, so IOW Alt+F+O to get into Options. Ok so using this, toggle case is Alt+O+G (O=Format then G=Toggle Case). If you go to View tab and click on Shortcuts, there is a list of shortcuts there you can print out.

If F keys aren't working it's probably recognizing them for Windows functions, you might have to shut off F key functions there so they work in Inscribe instead. Where to do this can vary depending what setup you have, brand of keyboard, etc. Hope this helps somewhat though. Just google your brand and how to turn off function keys. Hope this helps.
