Me again. I get no response from the company about this either. - sm

It takes at least an hour to get any kind of reply from the account coordinator.  The ESOne tech person a couple days ago found out that the company didn't have my pool set for transcription, it was set for QA level 4 and that's why jobs wouldn't come in.  She changed it to transcription and I got jobs, for what good it did because nothing works.  Regular IT Support Center was just in the computer again and resolved nothing.  Mouse still disappears and we couldn't test the volume or anything with no work available.  What a load.  Time for another Mylanta tablet or 20.  I haven't had any work in a week because of this BS.  Inscribe has been uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now.
