Sound is bad - In the Know

Yes, the sound is horrible. PC is up 100%, Inscribe at 100%, some dictators soft, others loud they blow out your eardrum. There is a setting that can be set but not by you, our supervisors do it. It is for softspoken speakers, makes their voice come out louder. Don't know what it is called thought, but there is a setting.
