Everything is IC now and it is a ripoff! You have to pay your own taxes out of a very low paying job and no write offs for home office any longer.
The treatment is horrendous and abusive, all for 4 cpl and if you work for a Nuance clone, they have qualified lines that pay 1-2 cpl and sometimes can fill up the whole report. Don't even think about eliminating them, you will get busted. Not any of the companies listed below are decent and you would be better off looking for something else.
Some companies still require testing, which is a crock and you have to jump through all kinds of hoops to go to work for these places. They want you to do everything for them at no pay.
It has become a scab job and one of the lowest of the low on the employment ladder.
