Most of these companies are hooked up with Nuance/Deliver Health or AQuity/M-Modal and they are all horrible. Low pay, abusive QA, free work and penalized if you make a mistake, low work volumes, inconsistent work even if there is work.
You need to be aware that you enter at your own risk doing this type of work now.
